April Likely Decision Time On Any World Online Prosecutions

Amsterdam--The Netherlands public prosecutor investigating the March flotation of Dutch internet service provider World Online is unlikely to decide before April whether to prosecute any parties involved.

In November, the prosecutor began looking into allegations of insider trading on the initial public offering and claims that World Online's prospectus was misleading. Inquiries centre on World Online itself and its former chairman Nina Brink, who denies any wrongdoing.
