Risk technology rankings 2012 - PLEASE VOTE

Have your say in this year's Risk technology survey - vote for the top providers of risk management and derivatives trading systems

Thank you for participating in Risk's technology rankings 2012.

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. All responses will remain strictly confidential and personal information will not be published or released to any third party.

The poll is divided into a number of categories, including pricing and analytics, trading systems, risk management and regulatory reporting. To reflect evolving technology concerns, this year we have added categories for central counterparty clearing, algorithmic trading and high-performance computing.

Please complete the survey by choosing your top three vendors in order of preference in each of the categories. Base your decisions on the criteria most important to you - for instance, meeting of requirements, ease of use, customer support, cost, responsiveness, innovation etc.

Only vote in the categories in which you are active.

The results will be available to subscribers in the December 2012 issue of Risk.

The closing date for the poll is October 26.

IMPORTANT

When aggregating the results, we look to strip out what we consider to be invalid votes. These include people voting for their own firm, multiple votes from the same person or IP address, votes from people using non-business accounts, votes by people who choose the same firm indiscriminately throughout the poll, votes by people who are clearly not active in a particular area, and block votes from groups of people in the same institution voting for the same firm. For instance, we do not allow block votes from 20 people on the same desk, in the same location, all voting in exactly the same way, within hours and in some cases minutes of each other. We see this as a clear attempt to unfairly manipulate the poll. The editor's decision is final.
