Bank of America Merrill Lynch's chief risk officer for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Latin America, David Oman, has moved within the bank to become co-head of counterparty credit enhancement risk.

Oman, who shifts from London to New York for the new role, will share the position with Mike Dubno. Oman will report to the bank's chief risk officer, Terry Laughlin.

Oman's deputy EMEA chief risk officer, Cheryl Boucher, will now take Oman's former role, which has been reconfigured to cover Europe, Canada and non-Asia emerging markets. She will report to David Flannery, head of risk management for BAML's global banking and markets division.

Boucher joined BAML in January 2011 from Royal Bank of Scotland, where she was deputy chief credit officer and head of corporate credit.

Prior to that she spent two years as senior partner and co-head of asset manager CIFC International, and 18 years at JP Morgan, where she held a number of roles including membership of the bank's EMEA risk management committee.
