UK Lehman administration considers spin-off
Specialist firm would provide complex derivatives valuation and advisory services.
The Lehman Brothers International (Europe) (LBIE) administration is considering spinning off a specialist company that would provide a range of services to clients, leveraging off the experiences gained over the past two years.
"We have a high quality team of people here and I think there is an opportunity to do something with them. Providing services to the administration will continue to be the priority, but down the line we have the right sort of people, resources and systems to provide
