BNP Paribas has overhauled its fixed-income team in London. Arne Groes, previously global head of flow credit trading, becomes global head of distribution. Global head of debt syndicate Martin Egan becomes global head of primary markets and origination, covering debt syndicate, securitisation and capital markets origination. David Brunner, global head of origination and distribution for fixed income, becomes deputy head of fixed income. All report to Frédéric Janbon, global head of fixed income
