Barclays unifies risk solutions groups

Barclays Capital has merged its three regional risk solutions groups. The new global risk solutions group will be headed by John Langley and Jim O'Neill, currently co-heads of the Europe, Middle East and Asia group.

The bank has also appointed Chris Winchenbaugh as head of finance and risk solutions for the Americas. Winchenbaugh was previously head of debt capital markets for the Americas. In his new post he will report to the global head of finance and risk solutions, Larry Wieseneck. Jim
