Yates steps down as Credit Suisse reshuffles equities

Simon Yates has stepped down from his position as co-head of European equities at Credit Suisse in London, in order to take a sabbatical from the bank and move to New York. Yates is moving on for personal reasons.

Yates has worked for Credit Suisse for the past 12 years. He moved to London in 2006 to take up the position of co-head of European equities, and in 2008 he became co-head of global securities for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, a title he gave up at the beginning of 2009.
