New head of local markets trading at RBS

Richardson joined RBS in 1996. His most recent position was head of currency options and emerging markets for the Americas, based in the bank's Stamford, Connecticut office.

For this newly created position, he will relocate to London and will report to Peter Nielsen, the global head of markets.
