Deutsche Bank makes appointments in structured and investment products team

Deutsche Bank has made two appointments to its structured and investment products team, part of the global equities department, in its New York office.

Iván Santillán joins the bank as director in a new position that will see him covering Latin American products. Keith Cunningham joins him as vice-president in the origination team, which is led by Michael Chun, director responsible for origination, hedge fund sales and institutional client solutions.

Both recruits join from Merrill Lynch. Santillán spent five years at Merrill, where he was most recently responsible for origination and sales of equity-linked products to Latin American clients. Cunningham was at Merrill for six years, most recently in the Americas origination and equity-linked structured products sales team.

Santillán and Cunningham report to Matthew Carrara, managing director and head of global equity derivatives for the Americas.
