Tullett to publish property derivatives prices online through Propex

Tullett Prebon launched its property derivatives desk in July last year, and joined up with property adviser DTZ in November.

Under the terms of the deal, Tullett Prebon Information's pricing data will be available through a new property derivatives portal on the Propex website, www.propex.co.uk.

Tullett Prebon Information's head of Europe and Asia, Darren Bishop, said the nascent market needed better price discovery in order to grow. “We are delighted to be working with Propex to further raise awareness of this product in the physical property market," he added.
