Henrik Raber, London-based co-head of European credit flow trading and sales at UBS, has left the bank.
He is believed to be moving to Standard Chartered, where he will head capital markets in Europe and the US.
Before joining UBS in 2001, Raber worked in fixed income at Lehman Brothers.
UBS would not comment on a possible replacement for him.
