CSFB hires structurer in NY

Tony Capozzoli has joined Credit Suisse's investment banking arm, CSFB, in New York as a corporate structurer, leaving his role as a senior risk analyst at Bank of America, also on Wall Street.

He reports to David Newman, New York-based co-head of CSFB’s global client business.

At BofA, Capozzoli was responsible for portfolio risk analysis for East Coast clients, reporting to Arnold Miyamoto, head of the bank’s risk analysis division.

He has also worked at the Globecon Consulting Group.
