Todd Morakis, who will continue to be based in London, was previously the bank's head of emerging markets fixed income. Hunter Shively, who will remain in Stanford, Connecticut, was the head of eastern US commodity trading.

Ghavami left to join Lehman Brothers as head of capital markets for Russia.
