Converse joins Banc of America

Floyd Converse has moved from Goldman Sachs to Banc of America Securities, where he will head the US rates structuring unit.

Converse was head of Goldman's dollar interest rate-linked structured note business. At Banc of America in New York, he will report to head of structured rates trading Mike O'Neill, and will be responsible for structuring products based on securities and combinations of commodity, foreign exchange and interest rate derivatives.
