Deutsche hires new equity derivatives head

Deutsche Bank Securities has appointed Dushyant Chadha as head of equity derivatives in North America, within the bank's global markets division.

He will be based in New York and report to Roger Naylor, global head of equity derivatives, and Robert Karofsky, co-head of global equity markets.

Chadha joins the bank after 14 years at Citigroup, where he was most recently head of North America equity derivatives trading. He oversaw trading of stock and index options, exchange-traded funds, and structured products in North America, as well as Latin American depository receipt derivatives.
