DrKW appoints global head of FX derivatives

Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW), the investment banking arm of Dresdner Bank, has hired Tim Carrington as its new global head of foreign exchange derivatives.

Carrington joins the bank from Standard Chartered in London, where he was global head of forex options. He has also worked for Natwest Markets.

Alex Finos was hired as global head of spot trading. He previously worked at Bank of America in Singapore as a senior forex trader. He has also worked for Goldman Sachs and UBS.

Both will report to Harry Culham, global head of foreign exchange, and will be based in London.
