Deutsche grows asset finance division

Deutsche Bank has hired former JP Morgan vice-president Dennis Knitowski as a director in asset finance within the global markets division.

Knitowski will be responsible for the origination and structuring of consumer, commercial and CDO financings into asset-backed conduits.

Based in New York, he will report to Frank Byrne, global head of asset finance. “His ability to execute a large variety of structured financings will prove invaluable to our growing business and our clients,” said Byrne.

At JP Morgan, he worked for the principal investment management group.
