Patrick Moisy, the bank's head of equity derivatives for the Asia-Pacific region since 2006, is moving to London to take on a global role as head of delta one. Moisy joined JP Morgan in 1990 and his career spanned several roles, including derivatives trading, corporate derivatives marketing, head of market risk management in Asia, and head of equity derivatives in Japan, before he moved to Hong Kong in 2007.Meanwhile, Jason Sippel, who was head of equity derivatives for Japan, is relocating to New York, where he will take over as head of equity derivatives for the Americas. He succeeds David Long, who will move to London to take up a new post as global co-head of cash equities, sharing the role with Jim Brett in New York.
The US bank has promoted William Lee to head of equity derivatives for the Asia-Pacific region. Lee joined JP Morgan in 1995 and has run the Asia ex-Japan equity derivatives business since 2006, covering derivatives and delta-one trading, investor marketing and structured products. Lee will report to David Herzberg, the London-based global head of equity derivatives, and locally to Damian Roche, the head of Asian equities.
