Tullett Prebon shakes up senior management

Interdealer broker Tullett Prebon has appointed Steph Duckworth as chief operating officer for the Americas, and Henry Ann as chief executive officer for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Both appointments are effective from February 1, 2008.

Duckworth most recently served as chief executive officer, EMEA, at the broker in London. He will move to New York for his new role and will work alongside Lou Scotto, the chief executive officer for the Americas.

Ann has worked in several capacities across Tullett Prebon and its predecessor companies. Most recently, he was global head of the company’s data sales division, Tullett Prebon Information. Based in London, he will report to Terry Smith, the group’s chief executive officer, and will join the company’s executive committee. He will retain responsibility for Tullett Prebon Information until it is transferred to the group’s electronic broking division in 2008.
