Tom Hartnett is joining Deutsche Bank Securities as head of core rates trading within the bank’s global rates business.Hartnett will oversee swaps, core options and government and agency bond trading. He returns to the bank from Lehman Brothers, where he served as head of swaps trading in New York.
At Deutsche Bank Securities he will remain in New York and report to Jon Kinol, head of global rates in North America.
