Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has hired Roberto Silvotti as joint head of exotic credit derivatives to work alongside Vincent Dahinden.Silvotti joins from Dresdner Kleinwort, where he was head of multi-asset derivatives structuring. He will be responsible for trading and structuring in the areas of synthetic products and index strategies. Dahinden will be responsible for cash collateral debt obligations, principal investments and structured client solutions. Both will be based in London and report to Matteo Mazzocchi, head of structured debt derivatives, who joined RBS from Dresdner Kleinwort in May.
