Deutsche loses top LatAm derivatives marketers

Deutsche Bank has lost two of its top derivatives marketers for Latin America. Hugo Faria, head of Latin American derivatives marketing and Mauricio Esquenazi, Faria’s deputy, have left for UBS and Credit Suisse First Boston, respectively.

Faria joined Deutsche Bank two years ago and reported to Laurence Schreiber, global head of emerging market structured products. Esquenazi joined Deutsche Bank in 1999.

UBS and CSFB were unable to provide immediate comment on Faria and Esquenazi's new positions or their reporting lines.

Both Esquenazi and Faria previously worked at Merrill Lynch.
