Deutsche Bank has hired Shen Yan as head of its institutional client group for north Asia and head of credit sales for Asia.Yan will start work in August in Hong Kong and report to Rahul Mookerjee, who is the head of the Asian corporate client group. He will be responsible for selling global market products in north Asia to financial institutions, insurance companies, pension funds, asset management firms and hedge funds.
He was previously head of fixed-income sales for Asia and Australia for CSFB in Hong Kong.
