The team, headed by Serge Marquie, structures risk management products to cover market, fiscal and regulatory risks for corporates, financial institutions and sovereigns.

Maynard joins Deutsche from Commerzbank, where he was a senior member of the structuring group. In his new role, he covers Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He reports to Ian Holt, head of structured equity solutions.
