Earl Lancaster was previously a director at Standard & Poor's insurance practice in London, where he covered European insurers and reinsurers. Mark Gibson was a broker in the advanced risk solutions business of Guy Carpenter, the reinsurance branch of Marsh & McLennan.

Both are based in London and report to the head of insurance and pensions, Mark Azzopardi.
