TD Bank has hired three new operational risk staff to prepare for its move to the Basel II capital adequacy rules' advanced measurement approach (AMA), due on July 1, 2013.

Ilya Rozenfeld joins as AMA quantification lead – he was previously lead quantitative analyst at Citizens Financial Group in Providence, Rhode Island. Jim Kopchuk, previously regional manager for operational risk and enterprise risk management at De Lage Landen Financial Services in Wayne, Pennsylvania, joins TD as capital
