JP Morgan makes changes to Asia fixed income team as Bulchandani bows out

JP Morgan has made senior sales and trading appointments within its Asia fixed income team. Pranav Thakur will lead fixed income trading for Asia ex-Japan, while Sudhir Goel is named head of fixed income sales and structuring for Asia ex-Japan, replacing outgoing head Mahesh Bulchandani

JP Morgan has promoted Pranav Thakur and Sudhir Goel to senior roles within its global emerging markets (GEM) fixed income team, according to a memo issued by James Kenny and Tarun Mahrotri, global co-heads of fixed income in GEM. The appointments follow the resignation of Mahesh Bulchandani, head of fixed income sales and structuring for Asia ex-Japan. Bulchandani will stay on until year-end to help with the transition and is considering a new role within JP Morgan as well as other career
