Evolution Securities appoints fixed income chief

Agency broker Evolution Securities has promoted credit research head Gary Jenkins to run its fixed income brokerage.

Jenkins replaces David Wright, who has left the company. Wright took the position in January 2010 following the departure of Guy Cornelius, who now co-heads Europe, Middle East and Africa fixed income sales at Nomura.

Jenkins is a regular columnist with Credit, and has worked in fixed income for over 20 years, primarily in research. His new position is his first in sales.
