ING makes syndicated finance hire

Kim Bailes has been named senior sales director at ING. Based in London, she will report to Edward Brown, global head of sales, syndicated finance.

Bailes joins from UBS, where she was executive director in the high yield/loan sales and trading team until the spring of 2009.

Prior to that, Bailes worked for 11 years at Credit Suisse, as MD for sales and trading in the leveraged finance and acquisition finance group.
