CIT Capital Finance has appointed Toby Deane as director of lead origination in the leveraged finance team. He will focus on middle-market private equity sponsor origination.

Deane leaves Société Générale where he was director in media and telecom finance, working on origination, structuring and execution of leveraged transactions. Before that he worked at Bank of America in portfolio management for the diversifiedindustries group.
