• Bank of America has bolstered its European commercial paper (ECP) business in London with five senior hires from JPMorgan. Tony Dullaghan joins as European head of trading. Peter Eisenhardt joins as European head of origination after 25 years working in ECP, repos, credit and bond options at JPMorgan. Laurent Lévêque becomes European head of short-term sales. Yann Marhic joins the ECP sales desk as vice-president and Rosie Lloyd joins the desk as an associate. Both will report to Lévêque.
