Patsystems poaches chief executive from AttentiV

Ashby said he would be leaving the London-based derivatives solutions provider in March, and the two will work alongside each other over the next two months prior to his departure.

Patsystems’ chairman Stewart Millman praised Ashby’s leadership in turning around the company’s fortunes since he joined in September 2002, but offered no reason for the departure.

Webber had been at AttentiV since 1994, during which time the management bought out AttentiV from Scandinavian insurer Skandia in 2002 and listed on London's Alternative Investment Market in early 2004. He remained chief executive after Nordic technology company TietoEnator Corporation acquired AttentiV early in 2005.
