- Barclays Capital has been building up an equity derivatives desk in Tokyo and has made three recent appointments, bringing the team up to four traders and two structurers. Two Japan volatility traders, Shirish Chandrakar and Douglas Chia, are due to relocate from Hong Kong in October, while Cyprian Bruck moved from London on the trading side at the end of July.
