Summit Systems, the New York-based treasury software vendor, continues its recent run of new hires. The vendor's latest recruit is Barry Cohen, who has joined Summit's architecture group as a senior technologist, according to a vendor spokesperson.

Cohen will manage a team of financial software developers concentrating on two areas: the design of the Summit system's user interface and the forthcoming port of the application to Microsoft's Windows NT operating system.

In his new position, Cohen
