Capital Markets Risk Advisors (CMRA) has hired Lieng-Seng Wee and Judy Lee as co-principal and senior vice president, respectively. Wee and Lee join from Bankers Trust, where they assisted in establishing Bankers' internal risk management and its risk advisory service for corporate and institutional clients.
