JP Morgan has restructured the senior management of its investment banking group on global lines. Walter Gubert, previously head of JP Morgan's Europe, Middle East and Africa group, has been named global head of investment banking. Gubert's previous role is filled by Joe MacHale, previously head of the bank's global credit business.
