SunGard Futures Systems, the recently spun-off subsidiary of SunGard Data Systems, has officially opened its head office in Chicago.

The vendor has hired John Kosobucki as senior vice president, Gary Bishop as vice president and Paul Ashton as senior director of development.

The new subsidiary has been charged with marketing and developing the Devon Futures System, a front-to-back office application for supporting exchange-traded derivatives.

Devon Futures was originally marketed by SunGard
