Barclays hires Meli as head of US structured credit

Barclays Capital has hired Jeff Meli as director and head of US structured credit and quantitative strategy in New York .

Meli joins Barclays from Deutsche Bank where he was a structured credit strategist in its quantitative credit strategy group. Prior to that, he held a similar position at JP Morgan.

In his new role, Meli will report to Robert McAdie, director and head of credit strategy at Barclays Capital in London.
