US CFTC charges investment adviser with $3 million fraud

The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) filed a civil complaint on September 8 against registered investment adviser Jeffrey Liskov and his company EagleEye Asset Management (EEAM), charging both with committing a multimillion-dollar fraud as part of a wave of prosecutions following the introduction of new foreign exchange regulations in October 2010.
