Recruiter sues Nomura over Lehman staff

LONDON - Executive recruitment firm Hogarth Davies Lloyd has filed a suit against Nomura for breach of contract, claiming it has not paid for the recruitment of investment bankers from Lehman Brothers. The High Court lawsuit says the recruiter provided Nomura's London unit with research on job candidates from bankrupted US investment bank Lehman's investment banking, equity capital markets, corporate broking, fixed-income and foreign exchange divisions. Hogarth complains it has not been given
