Patent suit settled
Derivatives software vendor Trading Technologies (TT) has settled a patent dispute with Nyfix, a Stamford, Connecticut-based FIX and networking services vendor. Subsidiary Nyfix Overseas, GL Trade and GL Consultants were also named as defendants. TT accused them of "willful and deliberate" infringement of two patents related to TT's derivatives depth-order entry window.
