Ecofin adopts provisions on supervision

BRUSSELS - The Economic and Financial Affairs Council (Ecofin), chaired by Slovenian finance minister and current Ecofin president Andrej Bajuk, in mid-May formally adopted the conclusions on financial supervision and provision of financial stability in the EU that were discussed at an informal Ecofin meeting in April.
