The criminal fraternity is actively discussing the feasibility of a cyber attack on a financial institution that will extract one billion dollars. According to Troels Oerting, head of the European Cybercrime Centre within Europol, the European law enforcement co-operation agency, police have considerable evidence that the techniques to deliver this one-off big hit and then to remove the proceeds
