The Walker Review has ruffled a few feathers in the City with the usual outcry about bankers threatening to leave the UK in the press due to reforms over pay packages. But compensation reform is not the core of the proposals. The real changes come at the governance level, particularly concerning the need for reform at the non-executive director (NED) level.
