STP No Solution To Op Risk, Says Report

NEW YORK--A report published late last month by integration specialists BTA Consulting and TSI Soft says that straight-through processing (STP) has proved only partially successful as a bank integration strategy. While STP remains important for individual business lines within banks, software that networks together the vertical streams of data flowing through the entire bank is a critical next step.
