From dawnay to dusk
The manager of Dawnay Day's Olympia Global Hedge fund has worked hard to keep the strategies similar to the Olympia Star fund
If anyone understands the world of hedge funds it is Ian Morley, managing director of Dawnay Day Olympia, who has worked in the hedging and derivatives industry since its early days in 1974.
As well as being founding chairman of the Alternative Investment Management Association, Morley has been involved in bullion trading and market making, futures trading on investment bank proprietary trading desks and more recently hedge funds.
It may partly be the trust investors have in Morley's judgement
