New future for French market
Paris-based Powernext Futures has been integrated into the French Power Future product of the Power Derivatives business of Germany's European Energy Exchange (EEX) as part of an agreement between the exchanges.
The French Power Future product covers the physical settlement of the base load and peak load futures through the delivery of power into the French Transmission System Operator zone.
