Two Swedish companies made an appearance in last week's structured products filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Swedish wealth manager Garantum Fondkomissionen filed a 3.05-year autocallable linked to a basket of foreign exposures (the Hang Seng Index, the iShares MSCI Brazil Index Fund, and the Lyxor ETF MSCI India and Russian Depositary Index USD). The product will potentially pay out 110% including principal after one year and has a 50% downside protection barrier.
