Morrison & Foerster expands capital markets business with hire of Elana Hahn
Elana Hahn joins Morrison & Foerster's capital markets group in a role that involves guiding clients through regulatory changes.
Elana Hahn has joined law firm Morrison & Foerster in its London office as a partner in the capital markets group. "A significant issue for clients at the moment is navigating all the regulatory changes in a number of jurisdictions and in a number of different aspects of banking," says Hahn.
She explains that the US's Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, which was signed into law in July, is having an affect on financial businesses globally. Add to that the fact the
