Report unveils LBO candidates

In an effort to combat recent fears of an upturn in LBO activity, CreditSights has released a report reviewing the market in 2004 and offering a quantitative drill for assessing likely candidates.

The independent data provider says that investment-grade bondholders are periodically struck down with LBO paranoia and the latest concerns about an increase in volume are mainly driven by the conducive state of the financial markets to levered deals.
